HOW LONG IS YOUR PRODUCTION TIME?
Our production time is based on our work load. Certain times of the year, like Fall, are busier than others due to clients wanting to sleep their guests comfortably for the holidays. In general, calling us for current build time is most accurate.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSION OF EACH BED & HOW MUCH DOES IT WEIGH?
The dimensions of your bed will depend on mattress size and your ceiling height. To view the exact footprint of our different bunks, click here. In general, each bunk post is around 88"-92" tall to fit most 8-9 foot ceilings. Our bunk beds can weigh anywhere from 750-1000lbs depending on size and add-ons.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
After your order, we will send you a spec sheet to confirm your ceiling height, bed size, stain color and add-on choices.
We build your custom bed chronologically and will let you know the date of your build week so you know when to expect the bed to ship.
WHAT TYPE OF MATTRESS DO I NEED?
Our bunk beds can handle any type of mattress, including memory foam, wrapped spring hybrid or traditional. Our platform add-on is great for memory foam mattresses as it gives the entire bottom of the mattress support. To maximize headroom between the bunks, we recommend staying in the 8-12" range for mattress height. An 11" mattress height is the most ideal for our beds and our partner company Puffy offers the #1 mattress in a box in 2021.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ASSEMBLE AND IS IT DIFFICULT?
When your bed is in transit, we will send you our Youtube video showing you step by step how to assemble your new bed. We do recommend having two people to assemble, and this process generally only take a couple hours. The process is very intuitive and straightforward. You will receive all necessary hardware and an 8 point socket that you can use on your drill or impact driver to secure the rails to the posts.
CAN I RETURN MY BED?
All of our bunk beds are custom built and designed for your particular ceiling height, stain choice and add-ons. Due to the fact that we built this bed just for you, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on any beds or add-ons. All sales are final and beds are non-refundable.

Indemnification: Users and installers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use or installation of bunk beds.

Modification: Any modification or alteration of bunk beds by users or third parties voids any warranties and may increase the risk of injury. The Company is not responsible for injuries resulting from modified bunk beds.
